  • Fleur de sel
  • Black pepper
  • Rosemary
  • Thyme

Notes:

Inside temperature 50 degrees
Cooking time +- 20 minutes
Resting time +- 5 minutes

For the salad:

  • Red quinoa 250g
  • Variety of tomatoes 500g
  • Red, green & yellow pepper 1 pcs each
  • Radish 100g
  • Mint 20g
  • Bunch of yellow onions
  • Pomegranate apple 1 pcs
  • Extra vergine olive oil 200ml
  • Vinegar 50ml
